Bright Thinking: Mind Control

Hosted by Island magazine, New Philosopher, Womankind, Salamanca Arts Centre and poet store.

This is the eighth instalment of Bright Thinking, a discussion in the style of the French philo café started by Marc Sautet in Paris. It is held each month in The Founders Room at Salamanca Arts Centre with a staffed bar. Entry is free.

This month's event will be mediated by Antonia Case, editor of Womankind magazine, who will focus on propaganda and the media, with fellow panellists Ross Coward and Ron Moss from the Mountains and Rivers Zen Group, who will look at meditation and controlling one’s own mind.
